Double belt air through

Double belt air through

Heat melting reaction

Heat up the cross lapped fiber or vertically lapped fiber to melting point by heat circulation air flowing through the fabric to melt dispersed fibers to form the fabrics. This process is by way of controlling hot air temperature, air volume, and reaction time to achieve the required physical characteristics. Meanwhile, control the product thickness by space between up and down conveyors.

Application area

  • Vertical cotton or thick cotton
  • Cross lapped fiber or vertically lapped fiber
  • Needle-punched nonwoven or spunlace

Design range

  • Width: 500~5,000mm
  • Speed: 1~30 M/min
  • Temperature: up to 260℃, suitable for different melting point fiber.
  • Heating source: natural gas burner direct or indirect heating, thermal oil, steam and electricity.

Design feature

  • Each chamber length is 2M with individual temperature and air volume control.
  • The air flow circulation in each chamber is separated from other chambers and will not contact with the thermal insulation board, which provides better insulation effect.
  • Air flow direction adjustable design can make the temperature and air speed even to ensure the heat melting reaction is consistent and the hand feel is soft.
  • Air flow combines top blow and bottom suction with bottom blow and top suction.
  • PLC+HMI control system with record function and alarm limitation design for error diagnosis.
  • Top conveyor belt can be lifted according to required gap.
